How late can I book?
You can book up to 1 hr before your arrival time at Sentinel. If you need to book less than 1 hr before you’re due to drop your car off, please call us on 01132 391555.
Will there be a space for me at the car park?
Our website will only display availability if we have space, so once you’re booked your space is safe. We advise you book as early as possible though as we do become full at peak times.
How do I amend or cancel an existing booking?
You can cancel your booking or make changes to your travel dates, flight info, vehicle or personal details using Manage My Booking or by clicking on the “amend my booking” tab on your email confirmation. Please ensure you have your email address, postcode and booking reference to hand. Alternatively you can contact our call centre on 01132391555
What if I return later than the date on the booking?
We do not charge extra if the delayed return is due to a late or cancelled flight. If you book a later flight then the difference will be payable on your return to the car park.
How do I get a new booking confirmation?
You can do this online using Manage My Booking. Please ensure you have your email address, postcode and booking reference to hand.
What are the directions to Sentinel?

Do I need to advise you if I decide to bring a different vehicle to the car park than the vehicle I originally booked?
The easiest way to do this is to use Manage My Booking or follow the “amend my booking” link on your email confirmation.
What do I do when I get to the car park?
On arrival at Sentinel, pass through one barrier and then press a button to open the second barrier. Please then park your car in any available space in red rows 1, 2, 3 or 4. Once you have parked your car, please take your luggage and passengers to reception and check in. Your confirmation will be useful, but we will have your details ready even if you just give your name. One of our buses will take you straight over to the airport.
Do I have to leave my keys?
Yes, you will need to leave your keys. All the cars are kept on-site at Sentinel.
What time do I have to arrive at the car park?
We move people quickly and in most cases customers will be dropped off at the airport within 10 minutes of arriving at Sentinel but, to cater for extremely busy times or unknown circumstances, we suggest arriving with us no less than 20 minutes prior to your desired arrival time at the airport itself.
What sort of security is there for my car?
We have 24hr security staff on-site, floodlights, barriers, 27 CCTV cameras and have been awarded the Park Mark certificate for safer parking.
The number of people travelling has changed. Does that matter?
Please use Manage My Booking to alter the number of people in the party. Don’t sweat it though as we can also make this change on check-in if you don’t get round to it.
